The Metropolitan State College of Denver
Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Relations have spearheaded
an educational twist to a favorite reality TV show, The
Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State, for a second year in a row!
The Apprentice Challenge @ Metro State is
occurring RIGHT NOW, during the spring 2009 academic year.
Five Metro State juniors are getting a hands-on opportunity to work with successful
business and nonprofit leaders on projects that
impact the local community.
THE APPRENTICE will be named at the finale
event, The Boardroom,
which will take place on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tivoli Turnhalle on the Auraria campus.

The winning student’s paid internship
will be completed during the 2009-2010 academic year with
a local company and they will receive a full tuition scholarship
for their senior year at Metro State.
